(a) IN GENERAL.-Subchapter II of chapter 99 is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following new heading:

Mixtures of ( ±)-( cis and trans)-1-[[2-(2,4- Dichlorophenyl)-4-propyl- 1,3-dioxolan-2-yl]-methyl]- 1H-1,2,4-triazole (CAS No. 60207-90-1) and application adjuvants (provided for in subheading 3808.20.15)
