Are these incidents recordable? You decide

Virtual Conference
Date: Thursday, Nov 13 2025
Time: 01:00 PM (CST)
Duration: 60 min

Employers often struggle to determine if a workplace injury belongs on the OSHA 300 Log. While you must record all cases that meet OSHA’s recording criteria, you also want to avoid recording incidents that don’t meet those criteria. This Virtual Conference will provide five scenarios that will help you make accurate determinations. Attendees will join breakout groups to discuss the scenarios presented, then return to the main group for the answers — and a discussion of how changes in circumstances could affect the recordability.

This event will address challenges such as:

  • Injuries that occur onsite but off the clock.
  • Cases that involve non-work medical conditions.
  • Clarification of when medical treatment beyond first aid was provided.
  • Whether failing a post-incident drug or alcohol test affects the case.
  • And much more!

Our presenters will be happy to answer your recordkeeping questions during the event!
