Increase employee pay to keep them exempt,

Reclassify exempt employees to nonexempt and pay overtime (OT),

Reclassify exempt employees to nonexempt and limit/eliminate OT,

Reduce pay allocated to employees’ base salary to offset OT, or

Use a combination of these.
