When did Part 382 go into effect?

Part 382 took effect on two different dates depending upon the size of your motor carrier. If your company had 50 or more drivers, you would have been required to submit to testing on January 1, 1995; for a company with fewer than 50 drivers, the effective date was January 1, 1996.
