PCB remediation waste is waste that contains PCBs as a result of a spill or release (date and concentration limits apply), like PCB-contaminated soil or concrete. PCB bulk product waste is waste derived from products manufactured to contain PCB in a non-liquid state at 50 parts per million or greater, such as paint and sealants. Note that cleanup and disposal requirements for PCB remediation waste (40 CFR 761.61) and PCB bulk product waste (761.62) differ.
