Federal: 29 CFR 1910.21, .22, .23, .24, .25, .26, .27, .28, .29, and .30
A summary of the additional requirements includes the following:
- Catwalks, platforms, walkways, and stairways are to be kept free from the hazards of ice, snow, overhanging ice or snow, holes, loose members, or badly deteriorated or corroded members.
- Personnel platforms on the load lines of cranes or derricks must meet the design, construction, testing, use, and maintenance requirements of 29 CFR 1926.550(g).
