To apply for a Massachusetts Certificate of Title, you must provide the following:
- Completed application that is signed by the appropriate parties,
- Proof of ownership, and
- Correct payment of $75.
Other relevant information includes:
- The vehicle title is subject to sales and use tax;
- Applications must be completed in-person or by mail, though owners may begin the application online; and
- Trailers under 3,001 pounds aren't required to be titled.
