Arkansas mostly follows the federal environmental requirements for Universal Waste and allows lamps, batteries, mercury-containing devices, and pesticides to be regulated as Universal Waste. Arkansas also recognizes consumer electronic items, cathode ray tubes (CRTs), and other electronic wastes (excludes broken and crushed lamps/debris) as Universal Waste.
