Summary of differences between federal and state regulations
Georgia has several labor relations laws; however they provide protections similar to those of the National Labor Relations Act and Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act for private sector employment.

The state does have a right to work law. Union and agency shop agreements are prohibited.
