Summary of differences between federal and state regulations
Wyoming has no substantial labor relations law differing from the National Labor Relations Act and Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act regarding union-related unfair labor practices.
Right to work
Wyoming does have a right to work law. Membership in labor organizations cannot be a required condition of employment, nor can abstention from membership in a labor organization be a condition of employment.
No person is required to pay or refrain from paying any dues, fees, or other charges of any kind to any labor organization as a condition of employment or continuation of employment.
