Summary of differences between federal and state regulations
Nevada has some labor relations laws regarding union activity in private sector employment; however, these laws provide similar protections to the National Labor Relations Act and Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act.
The state does require that if a strike is in progress, employers must make this aware to prospective employees.
Right to work
Nevada does have a right to work law. It is prohibited to condition employment on joining or not joining union.
