Washington operates an OSHA-approved State Plan covering most private sector workers and all state and local government workers. The Washington State Plan, administered by the Department of Labor and Industries, Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH), has adopted OSHA standards that relate to state and local government and private sector workplace operations.  There are no additional OSHA requirements for silica.
