Alaska Tier II reporting requirements are more stringent than the federal requirements for Tier II reporting. Click on the following link to view an ezExplanation for federal Tier II reporting:

See the state webpage and statute for requirements. A summary of state Tier II submission requirements includes the following:
- Fees — May apply.
- Site map — Required.
- Form required — You must use the E-Plan online Tier II reporting system. Once submitted successfully to E-Plan, then the State Emergency Response Commission (SERC), Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC), and local fire department will have access to the information. However, Anchorage has different reporting requirements (see the webpage for Anchorage).
- Reporting agency — Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) and Alaska Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA).
- Electronic submission — Required.
