Summary of differences between federal and state regulations
The Rhode Island Department of Labor and Training, Workforce Regulation and Safety Division, Labor Standards Unit administers and enforces civil rights and labor standards which have been enacted for the protection of state workers. There are no major differences between federal and state subminimum wage regulations.
