Storm water general permit for construction activities

Utah’s general permit became effective on July 1, 2014. The permit and the authorization to discharge expire at midnight, June 30, 2019.

General storm water permit for industrial activities

Utah’s general permit became effective on January 1, 1998. The permit and the authorization to discharge expire at midnight, December 31, 2002. However, an expired general permit may continue in force and effect after the expiration date until a new permit is issued if a timely reapplication is made for the new permit.
