Employer defined
“Employer” means any person employing four or more persons and any person acting for an employer, including but not limited to, employment agencies.
Unlawful employment practices
The unlawful employment practices and exemptions are similar to those under the federal Guidelines on Discrimination Because of Religion. For example, the state law requires employers to provide reasonable accommodations.
