Illinois has adopted federal OSHA standards and incorporates them by reference. The Division of Occupational Safety and Health (IL OSHA) covers state and local government workers in the state. Federal government workers and private sector employees are covered by federal OSHA. IL OSHA has no additional requirements for 10-hour and 30-hour OSHA training.
