Generators and Treatment, Storage, and Disposal Facilities must follow the manifest distribution outlined in the federal register. About the Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest

The Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest is a form used by those who transport, or offer for transport, hazardous waste for off-site treatment, recycling, storage, or disposal. When completed, it contains information on the type and quantity of the waste being transported, instructions for handling the waste, and signature lines for all parties involved in the disposal process. J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. was the first printer approved and registered by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to print and sell the federal Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest.

Use of the Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest has been mandatory since 2006, and only authorized printers are allowed to offer them.
