Transportation of Hazardous Materials
No permit is required to transport hazardous materials within the state.
However, Vermont requires an Explosives License to possess and transport explosives. The Vermont State Police issues the licenses.

Transportation of Hazardous Waste
A transporter is required to obtain a permit from the Agency of Natural Resources, DEC, to transport hazardous waste within Utah. The permits have a duration of five years with an annual renewal requirement due by May 1 every year for the upcoming July 1 - June 30 permit year. The fee for transporting hazardous waste is $125 per vehicle, regardless of size.
