Transportation of Hazardous Materials and Waste
No permit is required to transport hazardous materials or hazardous waste within the state.
Radioactive Materials
A permit is required to transport radioactive materials that require placarding within Oregon. The permit can be obtained from the Commerce and Compliance Division of the Oregon DOT. Once issued, permits may remain valid for one year from the date of issuance.
