Transportation of Hazardous Waste
The Nebraska Hazardous Waste Regulations require any person generation or transporting hazardous waste subject to regulation, or any person who owns or operates a facility for the treatment, storage, or disposal of regulated hazardous waste, to notify the NDEE of the activity. Required information must be submitted by completing a Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Subtitle C Site Identification Form (EPA Form 8700-12).

Liquid Fuel Carriers
Any person transporting motor fuels or aircraft fuels within a transport vehicle into, within, or out of Nebraska must obtain a liquid fuel carriers license. A copy of the license must be carried within the transport vehicle whenever motor fuels or aircraft fuels are carried within the state.
In addition, a copy of the bill of lading, manifest, bill of sale, purchase order, sales invoice, delivery ticket, or similar documentation must be carried within the transport vehicle at all times when transporting motor fuels or aircraft fuels within Nebraska.
Licenses are obtained by submitting a completed Nebraska Motor Fuels License Application, Form 20MF, to the Nebraska Department of Revenue (DOR). The license is continuous until canceled and is not transferable.
