No permit is required for the transportation of hazardous materials.
Transportation of Hazardous Waste
To transport hazardous waste within Delaware, carriers must receive a permit from the DNREC, Division of Waste and Hazardous Substances, Compliance and Permitting Section. To receive a permit, carriers must submit an application and permit fee. The permit fee is indicated by the term for which the permit will be issued, ranging from $350 to $1550.
