The emergency action plan must be tailored to the workplace; therefore, each company location should have a plan.
Keep a copy of the EAP in a convenient location so that employees can access it, or provide all employees a copy.
In the event of an emergency, access to employees home telephone numbers, medical information, etc. may be important. Keep a copy of this information in a secure location outside of the main facility.
