How do we ensure employees read handbooks?

There are several ways to get employees to ready your company handbook. One is to make the handbook easy to read and interesting. Another way is to give a quiz or test that will incorporate various parts of the handbook so workers will have to read the handbook. Also having employees sign and return a statement that they have read the handbook could be beneficial.
