Nevada has adopted Part 395 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs), and subsequent revisions.

Part 395 applies to intrastate vehicles with a gross vehicle weight, gross vehicle weight rating, gross combination weight rating, or gross combination weight of 26,001 or more pounds, or any vehicle transporting hazardous materials as defined in NRS 459.7024.

Driving Time	12 hrs.
On-Duty Time	15 consecutive hrs.
Off-Duty Time	10 consecutive hrs.
Weekly Limits	70-hrs./7-days
Air-Mile Radius Exemption	Same as federal

Nevada has adopted the electronic logging device (ELD) requirements in Part 395 for intrastate motor carriers and drivers.
