Nevada has adopted Part 395 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs), and subsequent revisions.
Part 395 applies to intrastate vehicles with a gross vehicle weight, gross vehicle weight rating, gross combination weight rating, or gross combination weight of 26,001 or more pounds, or any vehicle transporting hazardous materials as defined in NRS 459.7024.
