Delaware has adopted Part 395 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs), with future amendments

Part 395 applies to a single vehicle or a vehicle in combination operated in intrastate commerce with a gross vehicle weight rating or gross vehicle weight over 26,000 pounds, and any size vehicle hauling hazardous materials requiring placards.

Delaware has adopted the electronic logging device (ELD) requirements in Part 395 for intrastate motor carriers and drivers.
