Has the reporting frequency changed for chemical data reporting (CDR), formerly known as inventory update reporting (IUR)?

Yes, the reporting frequency has been changed to every four years (e.g., 2024, 2028, etc.). Beginning in 2024, recurring submission periods are from June 1 to September 30 at four-year intervals.
