Non-IFTA carriers operating qualified vehicles into Idaho must obtain 120-hour trip permits from the Idaho Transportation Department. The 120-hour trip permit available for vehicle registration also meets the Idaho fuel tax requirements with payment of additional $60. The $60 fuel trip permit fee (not including permit service fees, if applicable) is not refundable.
