Intrastate
Intrastate household goods carriers must secure an authority certificate and pay a $50 application fee. There is also an annual per vehicle authority fee of $10.
Insurance: Household goods carriers must provide proof of cargo insurance or bond in the total amount of not less than $0.60 per pound of registered load carrying capacity.
Interstate
New Hampshire is a participating member of the Unified Carrier Registration Agreement (UCRA). Online registration and fee payment is recommended and available to all carriers at the national UCRA website at ucr.gov.
