The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has published numerous medical reports that medical examiners are expected to use as they certify drivers under Part 391.
Scope
According to 391.43(c), examiners are expected to know and apply not only the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs), but also the Medical Advisory Criteria and various Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) medical reports.
