Kentucky incorporates by reference the federal regulations for flammable and combustible liquids except for the following:
29 CFR 1910.106(a)(3) is amended to read: The term automotive service station, or service stations, shall mean that portion of property where flammable or combustible liquids used as motor fuel are stored and dispensed from fixed equipment and into the fuel tanks of motor vehicles. It shall include any facilities available for the sale and servicing of tires, batteries, accessories, and for minor automotive maintenance work. It shall also include private stations not accessible or open to the public such as those used by commercial, industrial or governmental establishments. This section shall not apply to agriculture.
