Eyewash stations and safety showers — Indiana

Indiana has largely adopted federal OSHA standards and incorporates them by reference. IOSHA does have a requirement for agricultural safety equipment that requires:

A minimum of two accessible:
- Emergency showers with plumbed eye wash units;
- 150 gallon (minimum) open top containers filled with clean water; or
- A combination thereof,
That are located within ten seconds of travel or 100 feet from each transfer point to the emergency water supply.
