On December 2, 2002, the Virginia Safety and Health Codes Board adopted an identical version of federal OSHA's amendments to the final rule for Exit Routes, Emergency Action Plans and Fire Prevention Plans, Subpart E, General Industry, 29 CFR 1910.33 through 29 CFR 1910.39.
