Intrastate

In Delaware there are no special statutory provisions for operating authority for carriers of exempt commodities operating intrastate. Vehicles operating intrastate must be registered in Delaware.

Note: To operate intrastate, vehicle must be registered and meet insurance (refer to Vehicle License or Registration) and Fuel Tax Requirements in Delaware.

Interstate

Delaware is a participating member of the Unified Carrier Registration Agreement (UCRA). Online registration and fee payment is recommended and available to all carriers at the national UCRA website at https://www.ucr.gov/.
