Intrastate

Intrastate exempt carriers are not required to register for operating authority. Carriers must comply with applicable USDOT safety regulations.

All for-hire carriers operating intrastate in Arkansas must file an Annual Ad Valorem Report.

Interstate

Arkansas is a participating member of the Unified Carrier Registration Agreement (UCRA). Online registration and fee payment is recommended and available to all carriers at the national UCRA website at https://www.ucr.gov/.
