Wyoming has adopted Part 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs), with the exception of 391.11(b)(1)
Part 391 applies to vehicles operating intrastate with a gross vehicle weight rating, gross combination weight rating, gross vehicle weight, or gross combination weight of 26,001 pounds or more, or transporting hazardous materials in a quantity requiring placarding.

Driving Records | Requestor must submit a “Release for Driving Record & Personal Information” form (DSFR-11(e)). A new form must be sent with each new request. Copies of the form may be obtained from the Department of Transportation website: https://roar-assets-auto.rbl.ms/documents/18309/Release of Driving Record and Personal Information 20180419-fillable.pdf. The fee is $5.00 per record |
