Oklahoma has adopted Part 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs), with some modifications.
Part 391 applies to intrastate drivers of vehicles with a gross vehicle weight rating or gross combination weight rating, or a gross vehicle weight or gross combination weight of 26,001 pounds or more, or transporting hazardous materials requiring the vehicle to be placarded.

A record may be obtained online via the Department of Public Safety website: https://pay.apps.ok.gov/dps/mvr/app/index.php A record may also be purchased at any Oklahoma Tag agency. The fee is:
