Nevada has adopted Part 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs), and subsequent revisions.
Part 391 applies to intrastate vehicles with a gross vehicle weight, gross vehicle weight rating, gross combination weight rating, or gross combination weight of 26,001 or more pounds, or any vehicle transporting hazardous materials as defined in NRS 459.7024.

| Driving Records | An "Application for Record Information" (IR 002) is required. It is available via the Department of Motor Vehicles website: www.dmvnv.com/records.htm. A report may also be obtained online at: https://dmv.nv.gov/dlhistory.htm. The fee is $7.00 per online request. An additional $4.00 to certify the report. |
