Nevada follows the federal Maximum Contaminant Levels (MCLs). 

PFOA: 4 parts per trillion (ppt) 
PFOS: 4 ppt

Nevada will follow EPA's drinking water regulation regarding PFAS to ensure the continued safety of Nevada's drinking water. The state has no PFAS-specific regulations but adopts by reference the federal MCLs.
