Maryland follows the federal Maximum Contaminant Levels (MCLs). 

PFOA: 4 parts per trillion (ppt) 
PFOS: 4 ppt

Maryland has no state-specific PFAS requirements. Maryland has taken steps to reduce PFAS levels in drinking water and is conducting sampling to see how their water compares with federal standards.
