Connecticut has state-specific non-enforceable action levels set for PFAS.
Proposed Connecticut Senate Bill 733 would establish MCLs for PFAS of no greater than 20 ppt. Until final MCLs for PFAS are released, DPH will continue to provide guidance to public water systems with PFAS detections based on current action levels.
