Does gasoline used as a fuel to test run inboard and outboard engines fall within the scope of the Process Safety Management or PSM standard?

Gasoline used in such a manner does not fall within the scope of 1910.119, because it is used as a fuel in this situation and thus meets the exception at 1910.119(a)(l)(ii)(A). However, other OSHA standards, such as 1910.106 — Flammable liquids, would apply.
