No. The motor carrier only reports a negative return-to-duty test and when all follow-up tests in the program have been completed. Until the a completed follow-up program is entered, the database will only show the return-to-duty test. In such cases, any new or prospective employers will contact the former or current employer (with a specific written consent signed by the driver) to learn where the process currently stands.
