Federal regulations

Wyoming has adopted Part 395 of the Federal Regulations.

Applicability

Part 395 applies to vehicles operating intrastate with a gross vehicle weight rating, gross combination weight rating, gross vehicle weight, or gross combination weight of 26,001 pounds or more, or transporting hazardous materials in a quantity requiring placarding.

Electronic logging device (ELD)

Wyoming has adopted the electronic logging device (ELD) requirements in Part 395 for intrastate motor carriers and drivers.
