Wisconsin follows the federal Maximum Contaminant Levels (MCLs). 

PFOA: 4 parts per trillion (ppt) 
PFOS: 4 ppt

Wisconsin has a state-specific interim MCL of 70 ppt for PFOA and PFOS (individually or combined).

The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WDNR) is in the process of updating their MCLs to include the new federal MCLs.
