Oregon will follow the federal Maximum Contaminant Levels (MCLs). 

PFOA: 4 parts per trillion (ppt) 
PFOS: 4 ppt

All community and non-transient non-community water systems in Oregon must comply with EPA’s final drinking water regulation.  However, Oregon hasn’t yet added the PFOA and PFOS MCLs to the state regulations.
