The definitions of§80.2and the following additional definitions apply to this subpart O:
California gasolinemeans any gasoline designated by a refiner or importer for use in California.
Certified ethanol denaturantmeans ethanol denaturant that meets the requirements of§80.1611.
Certified Sulfur-FRGAShas the meaning given in§80.1666(a)(5).
Denatured fuel ethanol (DFE)means an alcohol of the chemical formula C2H6O which contains a denaturant to make it unfit for human consumption, that is produced or imported for use in motor gasoline, and that meets the requirements of§80.1610.
Foreign refineris a person who meets the definition of refiner under §80.2(i) for a foreign refinery.
Foreign refinerymeans a refinery that is located outside the United States. Note that the United States includes the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
Non-Certified Sulfur-FRGAShas the meaning given in§80.1666(a)(6).
Non-Sulfur-FRGAShas the meaning given in§80.1666(a)(4).
Sulfur-FRGAShas the meaning given in§80.1666(a)(3).
Transmixhas the meaning given at§80.84(a)(2).
Transmix blenderhas the meaning given at§80.84(a)(7).
Transmix gasoline product (TGP)has the meaning given at§80.84(a)(3).
Transmix processing facilityhas the meaning given at§80.84(a)(4).
Transmix processorhas the meaning given at§80.84(a)(5).
