Cell Phone Use Non-CMV Fleet Vehicles - Oklahoma

In Oklahoma, a person may not operate a vehicle while using a hand-held electronic communication device to manually compose, send or read an electronic text message while the vehicle is in motion.

This prohibition does not apply to a person using a phone or electronic communication device to communicate with law enforcement or other emergency services.
