Summary of differences between federal and state regulations
Mississippi has several laws related to collective bargaining in private sector employment; however, these laws provide protections similar to the National Labor Relations Act.
Right to work
The state does have a right to work law. It is prohibited to make union membership or non-membership a condition of employment.
