Can I modify the inspection schedules to suit my operation?

You are allowed add or delete items from the inspection schedules as necessary.

National Safety Code Standard 13, Trip Inspections, neither prohibits nor allows schedule modification; however, through the Canadian Council of Motor Transport Administrators, and in some cases by policy or regulation, the Canadian jurisdictions have agreed that schedule modification is allowed.
